Information for Authors of Accepted Papers

Authors must submit their papers as a PDF file through EDAS. Before submitting the paper to the EDAS website authors must ensure that their papers perfectly match the IEEE requirements given here. The authors must also revise their source file taking into account the comments and changes suggested by the reviewers.

The final camera ready manuscript must be submitted via EDAS before Jan 20, 2009.

All authors must also submit a signed copy of the copyright form given here. The form must be duly filled and can be submitted via e-mail or via post at the address given below.

Note: At least one author must register for the conference by January 20, 2009 noon (EDT) under the regular attendee option.

For authors presenting posters at the conference, panels of dimensions 95 cm x 140 cm will be provided on the venue. We will also provide pins/tape to attach the poster on the panels.

Information for International Authors

Please use this form to request for an invitation letter for a Visa application. In the application please include your name, the details of your pape and your postal address so that an invitation letter can be posted to you. Please also include in the e-mail if you would wish to recieve a digital copy of the same.
